Yogi Chai

Ingredients:
20 whole black peppercorns
20 whole cardamom pods (crushed)
15 whole cloves
3 cinnamon sticks
3 large slices of fresh ginger
1 star of anise pod

Throw in large pot (5-6 quarts) separate or in a bouquet garnis bag, bring to a boil, and then simmer for about 45 minutes or until water is reduced by half. Strain or remove spices, add tea of your choice for steeping, five minutes.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Add milk or honey when ready to drink.
